3rd time here this week. First 2 times were perfect, through the drive thru. Today I came inside as I saw the drive thru line was long. They were heavily short staffed but all busting their tails and still so friendly. They definitely know how to get it done. Regardless of a rush, they all still washed their hands and changed gloves regularly between taking orders and making orders. Which is rare to see now a days. Very thankful to this staff today. Good job for not folding under pressure!!!!

Horrible customer service. 1st time ever going to this location.. waited over 20 mins for some sweet pepper snackin bacon, only to get it burnt! Just the whole experience was awful. Will NOT be returning to this location ever!!!!

Same story as years ago, start out with great tasting donuts and coffee and service and then all three go downhill. The donuts come in Frozen. They always run out of the most popular flavors quickly why not order more of those and less of the ones that don't sell. French crullers are good. My last coffee was a latte and instead of making out hot she made it cold. She went back to remake it but only used what little bit of espresso that was left from my first drink. Unfortunately when I got my drink it only tasted like oat milk and sugar. I originally wanted hot chocolate but they had ran out.

Visited Saturday 7/23 at 1:49pm, the staff were not excited that we walked in the door. Sluggishly responsive to our questions and non conversational throughout the ordering process, maybe they had an exhaustive day. The business was clean and a crew member was cleaning tables when we entered the store. Donuts were stocked with a wide variety. Iced coffee was okay, though I would not recommend it. My daughter enjoyed the powdered sugar donut and chocolate milk. To be completely honest, there are much better coffee and donut shops in the Huntsville area.
