Lady Taylor★So my mother is 73 years old and she loves steak out and they have been delivering to her and today when I call from out of state to get her food delivered she refused to also said that she called her main office and they said the same. May GOD bless you.I would like to speak with the main office.
Tammy Cagle★Well me and my mom on Hillmont Drive hot half our order left off last week on the third of March the delivery guy was an imbecile the one today was a joke was not the same delivery guy and it cost 100.00 about the woman on the phone last week did not enter the order she repeated back to me on the phone! Let the public know when they a whole new staff there
Savon Santana★Went to this location spent 100.00 dollars on food and went all the way home near lacey spring steak wasn't separated like we ask my bum and food was dry and soggy so I called Tina explained to her the issue. She was rude and very nasty saying she can give me corporate number or send me a gift certificate for half off the steak sandwiches. I really recommend not going to this location this place is exceptionally horrible .
NRSS Cheatham★★I haven’t had a Cheese Burger from a Steak-Out in a while. I moved away in 2004. The Flavor and Texture of my burger was poor in no way did it even come close to what I remembered. The delivery was prompt My food was fresh and hot. It just wasn’t nearly as flavorful as it used to be. I was very disappointed.
