I ordered the combination pho, pork spring rolls, and egg coffee: • The broth for the pho was good—not too bland or salty. You can choose from rice noodles (flat) or vermicilli (thin). I had rice noodles. • The spring rolls were good. My table also had beef spring rolls, and those were enjoyed too. • The closest way I can describe the egg coffee is if you had a crème brulee soft top with Vietnamese coffee. Their food was amazing, the pho was so flavorful. I highly recommend their sugar cane juice it was so refreshing, I had mango added and there were fresh mango chunks in it. What stole the show though was their egg du monde coffee it was so rich in flavor and not overly sweet.

Amazing, flavorful food and wonderful service and great atmosphere. We got the traditional spring roll, miss Saigon spring roll, beef vermicelli, pork vermicelli, and meat trio vermicelli. Pork vermicelli was good enough. But the meat trio and beef vermicelli were great. Beef super flavorful and great texture. The broth was flavorful, not greasy and the right amount.
