First time eating at this location and the last.. Almost choked on a piece of plastic that was on my smash burger.. I called the store spoke with a lady name Megan and was told couldn't be.. but offered a free cheeseburger.. wth! No ma'am, will stop by in the AM.

Everything was good except the app. It has always sucked. And now since we have to use the app to get the happy hour discount prices - I just quit going as much. BTW it's not just this one location, its at least metroplex wide and I am not the only person who thinks this. Js have a good day

I waited for 6:11 to 6:28 also I had to call the store and then to get hung up on. My daughter even heard the whole call I wasn't upset but after being hung up on yeah its upsetting I won't come back here and it wasn't even busy with customers! Such bad service! Didn't get napkins either she told me that I parked in the wrong spot but even if I did if I wanted to order more stuff through the app its ok to still park here! Yeah I would love to talk to the manager or GM that was crazy

My daughter ordered through Door-Dash from Hurst Precinct Line store...2 Smash Burgers, 1 fry, 1 tot, 1 drink. The meat on both burgers was size of a half-dollar!!!! Seriously?!? Beyond unacceptable!!! This store must be poorly managed based on the horrendous reviews!!!! In addition, no one answers the phone even though they're open until 2am!!!! Beyond disgusted with this dumpster-fire service and will no longer waste my time or hard-earned money at this Sonic store or any other Sonic store. Also, I will suggest to all friends and family to no longer visit ANY Sonic if they expect to get a bu
