The staff is slower than molasses in an Alaskan winter. They couldn't get my 1 meal order correct. I got my burger no fries and wrong size drink and wrong soda. Another time they refused to take my order through drive through. It was just before midnight and the person said they were only accepted orders via doordash or the app. I had been waiting in line for 45 minutes. The worker said he would call the cops if I didn't leave.

Absolutely stellar service here. I ordered at almost 4 in the morning and wasn't able to get my order bc the app didnt tell me they were serving breakfast already. Came back at 230 in the afternoon and Daniel hooked me up. Got my food almost 12 hours later with some extras for the wait. Absolutely amazing. Guy for sure needs a raise

This place may as well be close overnight since most of those nights end with a McDonald's visit. I was recently told by late night staff they weren't accepting orders via the speaker due to being backed up. Only doordash etc. orders were being filled that evening. There was zero indication those waiting in the drive thru that night were wasting their time. A message on the menu display or even a simple sign stating this would've done wonders. Giving someone hope they would eventually eat that night by doing none of the above is asinine. That is all.

I ordered the new BK Whopper with jalapeños and bourbon bacon, and it was very, very disappointing. It was too sweet, and there wasn't enough smoky barbecue sauce flavor. I couldn't taste the burger at all. I definitely will not order that ever again. The service was great.3 star for that and the fries.
