Staff is inattentive, expect to wait to order until they feel like coming to the register (they all hide in the back), expect attitude and feeling like your presence is bothersome even if your being friendly & expect to wait 30 minutes for precooked deli chicken that they heat up for a few minutes and half the time comes out cold. Of course you can’t expect the best food but even when you’re looking for something quick this is definitely not the place! I have a very busy job and do not always have a lot of time for lunch. I have consistently gone to this location every week for over a year now. I used Curbside pickup every time because I need to hurry up and get back to work. 90% of the time, I park in the curbside pickup parking space that is reserved for Tropical Smoothie and then I end up being forced to go inside to wait for my food even though I ordered is well in advanced. If they do not start properly offering the service, I will start going to another location on my lunch breaks. Very inattentive staff. I understand it gets very busy

Laziest crew ever! I understand the last 2 hours before closing time, you’re ready to go and I’m sure it’s been a long day… but every single day? One of my favorite spots to grab food after a gym session but the crew never wants to make food even with more than an hour left before closing time.
