Y J★⛔️Racially offensive drawing⛔️on my cup made me feel deeply upset. I placed an order at this location and later noticed a drawing on my cup that felt racially offensive to me. The drawing resembled a racial stereotype and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I did not notice it immediately because it was drawn near the top of the cup. I have contacted Starbucks corporate regarding this incident and hope the store will take this seriously and ensure it does not happen again. I’m sharing this to raise awareness and encourage better care and professionalism.

We mentioned we were missing a pastry item and she tried telling us we didnt pay for it. Showed the receipt and she had an attitude the entire time. The young lady from the register took item from her and handed it to us.
