Not all Bojangles are the same. This Bojangles was as good as it gets. A Bojangles a couple miles away was horrible. The service here was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh and cooked properly. The food quantity was excellent. I feel like I got good value for the money spent. The restaurant was very clean and maintained. The restaurant down the road was deficient in all these areas and if that was my only Bojangles experience, I wouldn’t go back to a Bojangles. This one however was great and would highly recommend it.

Customer service terrible. Ppl are just standing at the front not being acknowledged. Nobody ever properly greets. The young black male that is in the front acts as if he hates his job. Won’t be coming back

This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to in my life. Down the street watching my grandson play basketball and I come over here to get some food from Bojangles. I walk in there two young ladies in front of me and they've been standing there for a few minutes and I'm standing there for a good 5 minutes and no one even comes over to acknowledge that we are there. So I finally go over to the people running the drive-thru and I asked them hey you guys going to take our order and the guys replied to me was that we're busy. No customer service. No help. Nothing, no acknowledgment. Didn't even

That female manager in there this morning was horrendous. Service sucked, wait-time sucked.... And just to provide yall an update, I just picked up the same 13 piece order from the location by SV. The same order yall failed to complete. So why yall are too busy wasting food,money, and people's time, this location did their job. Do yours next time!
