I used to frequent this location many times years ago. I have tried to go there once or twice in the last 2 years. And service in the wait time is totally unacceptable. I stopped by this morning to grab a biscuit. I order quickly and just to find three more cars sitting in front of me waiting. One car was in front waiting for the food to be brought out. Second car had been sitting there for at least 8 or 9 minutes. So the car in front of me went up to the window and sat there another 4 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. How at 7:24am am I getting old flat dried biscuits No no no serious question how And it was like 6 trays of these unacceptable biscuits They get away with it because nobody says anything That was horrible I didn’t even eat them maybe I will use them on a air hockey table of something The lady that rang me up was very nice but I went there to eat not nice I’d rather she be rude and give me acceptable edible food

Went there this morning at 6:30 AM on Memorial Day. There was no wait and there was no greeting at the window. Just the amount owed. I said to the young lady at the window have a nice day. No response. I got my food and it was all lukewarm at Best. I only drove three minutes down the road to my house. No reason for lukewarm food.

This particular Bo's was simply fantastic! Terrific customer service and the extra care and attention to detail was so refreshing. Young woman by the name of Quinaysia went above and beyond to provide quality customer service during our visit. Will definitely visit this location again when in NC.
