I will NEVER BE BACK. I came through approximately 730 pm tonight to get food and go home. I ordered my daughter's food my wife's food and my food. Daughter had a #3, wife had a bacon cheeseburger and loaded tots, and I ordered a chili cheese cony with chili cheese tots. I got home and I was missing my chili cheese coney. To me accidents happen and that's not what pissed me off. I called the store and the manager answered. I was explaining to him what happened and that I was not going to drive 25 min tonight and the attitude he demonstrate and the way he said "whatcha want me to do about it?"

First, Close up now and save the company any more embarrassment. Placed an online order . Gave myself plenty of time and added 5 minutes. When i got thrre i was the only customer in the lot,and drivd thru. Took the drive thru snd gave them my name. Move up please. 5 minutes later, What was the name agian? Couple minutes I was told it would be right out agian. Couple minutes later I was asked my name agian. Shot time later I got my food. Checked and everything looked there. Once home the fun began. Ordered 2 hot dogs with just relish. I got 2 hot dogs, NO relish and enough ketchup to ch

My coneys and totts were luck warm, my friends order was drowned in ketchup and mayo. I asked for extra m&ms on my blast they didnt put a damn thing on there extra ive been to so many sonics its one of my favorite places and this one was absolutely terrible Then i asked for my refund the manager talking about itll be awhile cause their busy it takes .5seconds to ring out a refund and there 1 other car at the pullup and only one in the drivethru The youngboy who was there was very polite and a wonderful server

This location doesn’t allow you to place an order over the intercom. Waited 10 minutes and was completely ignored after trying to get someone to answer. Better off leaving and going to cookout. They’ll always take your order
