Service is usually slow at 1st Ave spot but this time it took them 10mins to give me a glow worm. The baristas were busy talking about the new Ariana grande music coming out and the other woman in charge was walking around drinking her purple drink acting like she didn't want to be there. After I asked where my glow worm was the barista talking about Ariana grande said 'I saw that and didn't say anything sorry'. Service was pretty slow; we had ordered food and drinks and about the time we were finished with food and ready to leave is when we got our drinks. My recommendation is that unless you plan to sit for an extended amount of time, that you order your drinks to go. Drinks were amazing, it's clean and has a lot of seating. Their Mocha is to die for. Yes, it's that good.

Their gift card has the wrong molecular model for caffeine. It doesn’t show the 4 nitrogens, is missing the double bond between carbons 4 and 5, and worst of all the formula isn’t even correct, it’s C8 H10 N4 O2.
