Lady at speaker was ridge. Made me repeat myself several times even though I have a newer quiet car. Long wait for very little cars ahead of me and. Drue to the wait I was running late to work. I open my order and it's not what I ordered. Won't return. Terrible service. Portland and East ridge is way better than here. Plus the bagel I tried receive was very old and leather consistency and absolutely the tiniest amount of cream cheese. Didn't even get something worth eating.

Consistently screwed up order. I ordered a Chai Latte, and it ended up tasting like coffee and I can’t stand the taste of it. Chai Latte is a tea, not coffee. These people need to learn.

This place is ridiculous. Do not go to this location. 4 people working inside and not one person took my order for over 10 minutes. The one Hispanic lady just kept saying how she was about to go on break. Mind you now there is a line of 5 people (no one was here when I got in line). That one lady is very rude and did not even apologize for the wait. I truly hate bad customer service so hope you decide to go elsewhere.

The experience was wonderful. The hot chocolate was amazing the donuts was amazing the experience was amazing so I really plan on coming here more often and the manager Karen was the best she was so nice.
