I see why the rating is so low for this location. The other east ridge location is definitely the better choice. I placed a curbside order today at 12:03, didn't get my food until 12:33. Pulled around to the drive thru after 20 mins to just ask for it. When I explained what was going on. The guy said "I don't know what to tell you. I guess I can ask the manager or something". Was quiet for like 3 minutes and he finally said someone just came outside with it. Someone finally came out, said the wrong name. Then when I finally get into the bag. Ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers a LG fry and a small fry at the drive thru. They were not busy at all. Got the burgers and the small fry but got a med fry instead of the lg that I ordered. When you charge almost $5.00 for a lg fry, you should give people what they pay for. This is not rocket science people!! The people at the window seemed more interested in their personal conversation than taking care of customers. I'd give a 0 if I could.

Well line was crazy not that it was that busy but they decided to let one line go not the other then I see this guy looks like he eating pretty good( first pic below ).... Well another MacDonald that hit blow what I expecte to eat even at fast food oh an they didn't even give me the right cup for the sticker game so what are they keeping it for themselves .. sus...would expect that from New York at least they didn't peel it from my Fry's IDK fast food are not the same sad ,food a bust game a busst why did I come here...

This review is about the McRib. Before you read on, please note that 3 stars is actually a good rating for fast food. The McRib is an odd sandwich. It tastes like a pork rib and a hamburger had a baby. It's not pure pork meat. Its kind of like a chicken nugget where the meat is very processed and probably has some filler ingredients. The BBQ sauce is the best part. The onions and pickles pair well with it. I enjoyed the sandwich, but one a year is good enough for me.
