We were looking for a special place for our wedding anniversary, and Husband suggested we go to Shokran, a Moroccan restaurant at 4027 West Irving Park Road in Chicago. Neither of us knew anything about it, but the photos of the food and the restaurant both looked interesting. We are SO glad we took a chance. It's a great spot for everything from a date night to a family dinner, or even a business meeting. I highly recommend you start with the Chicken Bastille and then get one of the sweet main dishes. You really can't got wrong here. Also, it's BYOB with no corkage fee. Aimad is an amazing waiter!
