Me and my wife started coming here our senior year of high school. It’s truly where Irving meets and eats. Not to date ourselves… but it’s been about 12 years of coming here whenever we can, even driving in from Dallas and passing multiple other places on the way. What keeps bringing us back is the hospitality. The owner (or the lady who runs the restaurant) makes you feel like you’re her grandkid — literally like family. I wished I could of gave this place a 5 star review based off the lady (she's might be the owner) who greeted us as we walked in and made us laugh. We got to pick where we wanted to sit. I was disappointed with the server that we had. She didn't seem friendly. I was expecting that service was going to be great based off of all the other reviews on here. We almost felt that she didn't want us there. For this reason... I ate one of my biscuits with gravy and she came and took the plate away before I could finish my other biscuit.
