What happened: broken cup shattered at end of service! Served 1 regular waffle, 3 over easy to undercooked eggs, undercooked hash browns. (Everything was hot...) They were quick to bring everything, not at once. Orange juice in bottle. Iced water. Too friendly. We ordered: 1 well done or crispy waffle, 3 over medium eggs, 1 hash brown well down, 1 oj and 1 water. Didn't want to complain in store. I hadn’t been to Waffle House in a while, but I recently visited this location and my experience was nothing less than amazing! My experience at this Waffle House was amazing because the food was cooked perfectly and the service was great. Jhordyn was my server earlier today, and she was very patient, kind , and perfect representation of a great server. If I could come to this location every time I dine I would just because of the way I was welcomed.

The manager, didn’t get her name.. she had buns and red white and blue today. Most amazing experience I’ve had at Waffle House. A noticeably new server, a bit frantic, was struggling w the line cook. The manager came in and just handled it in the most calm and quick way I’ve ever seen at a Waffle House. The maintenance guy, Jacob - also provided a welcoming atmosphere for our family (5 males and myself.) 5 star service, thank you!
