I ordered a quarter pounder using the McDonald's app. And my points when I received the quarter pounder, it was not cooked fully. It has several areas that were pink. I let the manager know and he refused to give me a refund.He told me that that's the way all the burgers come out.And if I want to get cooked all the way, I have to tell them that I want my burger well done. I again explain to the manager that I have been eating mcdonald's quarter pounders.In in there are always cooked with no pink or rock parts.He explained that that's the way all his quarter pounders come out, and he even went

Service here is good. Just a few things though. The large French fries are put in a small white paper logo bag..which equates to a medium fry... The customers that dine in here are obnoxious. Why would you park in curbside pickup when there are plenty of parking? These are also the same people that would park in a handicap space because they are very entitled.

Services here so poor and them employees always bring them others with missing items,like what the hell can you guys more focus on your guys jobs and don’t talk a lot at the back kitchen side.also them tables they don’t keep up cleaning them.if you don’t like to experience things like this.avoid coming to Issaquah WA McDonald.

Im not the one to do this but this has happened more than once especially during closing shift, I know things get busy during drive thru, but tonight was the last straw. Not only getting my order wrong, i reordered more and they had us wait 10min outside with my children in the car, until I went in and they still didn’t work on my order, instead of good customer service, they gave me an attitude, and speaking in Spanish to each other, gave me my order without my drink. Until I said something. I’m never going back there.
