Spent almost 30 minutes researching the best Peruvian spot around and kept seeing this place recommended all over Reddit, really glad I came. The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the food absolutely lived up to the hype. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and it was amazing. Very generous portion, the beef was cooked perfectly, and the sauce had incredible flavor. You can tell they really know what they’re doing here. Definitely coming back.

Surprisingly upscale Peruvian restaurant, perfect for a date night. They have lovely seating with soft ambient lighting. The food is well seasoned, fresh, and presented beautifully. And priced reasonably. Low key a high end restaurant in Jackson heights. we ordered the ceviche peacadonand the anticucho (highly recommend both!!)

Peruvian here. My favorite and go to is Tallarin Verded. I don’t recommend this restaurant for that plate. I also had the papa à la huancaína which was good but didn’t look so impressive. The ceviche mixto tasted awful. Not enough of the right seasoning- tasted like they washed the seafood with sop and left some of it on.

Disappointing Experience for a Special Occasion We recently visited this restaurant to celebrate my Mom’s birthday, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely ignored. We had to ask who our server was, which set the tone for the rest of the meal. Our server had an attitude that was less than friendly—he seemed to hate his job and lacked basic courtesy. To make things worse, we couldn’t even enjoy a private meal. All the waiters kept taking our plates away as soon as we finished, even though the restaurant was nearly empty.
