Lloyd Wilky★★★★★This place blew by my expectations!! The patio garden is worth its weight in gold!! The rooms are rustic but well outfitted and the shower is powerful and spacious. Wifi everywhere including in the garden and there are plenty of places to hangout for a change in scenery. If I ever make my way through Jackson I might just make The Old Capitol Inn the reason a stay over!!
Sean B★★★★★Great little hotel! A couple things could be improved on, but we loved our stay overall. The parking was secure and easy to access as a guest (and free!). Breakfast was wonderful (also included!). Staff were always pleasant and helpful. We wish they provided water bottles. There was a water filter in the room, but it appeared dirty and smelled funny so we elected not to use it. We recommend bringing your own drinking water since the city water is not safe to consume.
Sarah Dew★★★★★We absolutely adored this place! It’s beautiful rooms and super friendly staff. The pictures don’t do it Justice. They supplied us with everything we needed and were very nice. It’s conveniently located. Super easy to access with secure gated parking. It was quiet with a balcony and adorable garden area. Breakfast and drinks (bar) were supplied. The bathroom even had a towel warmer. Honestly for the price, I’m not sure why anyone would stay anywhere other than here!! If I ever travel back to Jackson this will forever be my spot.
J Johnson★★★★★Nice hotel with a history and unique rooms- each one is different. Great service at front desk. Enclosed gated parking is a huge plus, especially since surrounding area downtown is a mixed bag. Breakfasts and courtyard are nice.
