My second to this location and my last! First was the reason I visited again but my experience today April 20 2026 left me very unsatisfied! After waiting what like longer than necessary food cold hamburger was dry fries looked like they were cooked last week and for the life of me I couldn't fathom why they put that nasty of lettuce on the burger and my shake was watery... so for my daughter paid $40 for food we didn't eat.

I’m very surprised at the 4+ star review. This place was terrible. It was very hot inside so we ate outside. May be a temporary A/C issue but it was unbearably hot just trying to order. The place is filthy. Doors and tables appear to never be washed. The food was not good. The fries were especially bad. No one ate them. Spending $100 for my family was an awful waste of money. The one saving grace was the kind and professional employee.

I walked into BurgerFi today as a new patriot, I’ve never tried their food. I came on my lunch break and went to the counter, ready to use the self-serving tablets. Instead I was interrupted by one of the workers Willie and he offered for him to take my order for me that alone really set the tone for my visit today he informed me about their lunch special, which is what I went with and that was definitely a great choice throughout my 40 minutes there it was a busy lunch, rush and the same gentleman.
