3.5 stars. Friendly staff, food comes quick. It is standard lighter fare. The croissant breakfast sandwich was better than the arepa, which was bland. The egg on the sandwich was fluffy and my favorite part. Portion size wise, I finished both and it was a solid lunch. Location is convenient and the counter side table is good for people watching

Brunch after exploring Arnold Arboretum and opted for patio setting to accomodate fur company. Ordered arepas and totally enjoyed though a bit messy variety of veggie fillings from criollo arepa to rancho arepas...indoor seating nicely appointed. A bit of an issue with the sensor activated faucet and paper towel dispenser - moderately insensitive! But restroom clean and spacious.
