Ordered online for drive thru for convenience. Got my order and it felt light but trusted the order was correct. It wasn't, 4 out 6 donuts were in my order. Went back through the drive thru to get the rest of my order. Was told to come inside... so super inconvenient for a mistake they made, not me. And when I asked if they could do anything for messing up my order and having to come inside, the girl shrugged her shoulders and said nothing/ didn't ask a manager for a assistance. Bad experience. Hope they can figure out how to be better with customer service and order accuracy.

Customer service at this location has really gone downhill since new management took over. Forgot an item when ordering at the speaker, and was told at the window that they can't add anything at the window. They also messed up my drink order, so I handed it back at the window. I was told to park and wait for a new drink even though nobody else was in line. Decided just to go in rather than drive around again for the missing item. The munchkins we ordered were stale and tasted day-old even though it was before 8 AM.

Came through the drive through this morning to get drinks for my son and I on the way to school. I work at a competitive coffee shop in town and only came here because my son wanted a specific Dunkin’ drink. When I pulled up to the window I was told they would not accept my 50 dollar bill which was all I had on me. Instead of saying hey we will do it this time but from now on we won’t accept these, or saying hey they’re on us today but going forward we won’t accept these….they were incredibly rude about it. Coffee is great and pretty consistent- however- check your order because sometimes things like cold foam (additionally charged for) is left off. Depending on who is working you either get a bright, sunny “Welcome to Dunkin!” Or a ‘I hate my job’-“How can I help you?” Often long wait times if you go in. Drive through is prioritized. Overall- great place to get coffee. Room for improvements in some staff with friendliness. They did just go through a small remodel!
