Nice breakfast brunch and lunch spot in jefferson city missouri. Id heard of the chain from videos online for several years in Florida and other states but had never been. Found out there was on in Jefferson City Missouri and on a trip visiting family I had to try it out. I ordered the avocado toast with 2 "basted" eggs. They eggs were perfectly runny like I like them. The toast was nice and plenty of avocado. I was really hoping for the price that there would at least be 2 small pieces of round sourdough bread or something else rather than a single square slice of wheat bread cut diagonally.

Serving sizes were pretty big. Eggs Benedict classic and potato’s is great if you like runny eggs? We love them. Million dollar bacon is sweet and spicy. Bloody Mary’s have a nice kick and Monterey sandwich is delicious. Our server was right on with everything and gave great service!!! Will be back!

I love First Watch! We were so happy when they opened one in Jefferson City - now we don't have so far to drive to get to one. The food is excellent. I've tried several different items and have not found a single thing that wasn't awesome! Today was Floridian French toast! Still love it! We had the Chile horizon omelet and strawberry tres leches French toast. Heaven on a fork! Back today... 2/13/2026. Had the same as last time because it is SO good!! During our visit at this Location in Jefferson City. Restaurant was extremely cold, very uncomfortable situation. Since it was like a refrigerator... Outside temperature were very cold 🥶 as well. They had the AC on which made things uncomfortable for me. Several people were complaining. Otherwise the experience could have been more enjoyable and fulfilling.
