Food is pretty standard, but the service is lacking. Came here all the time back when it was Hale’s and it was much better back in the day. On today’s visit, I was seated promptly and my order was taken and brought out in a good timeframe. Bacon was cooked to perfection, Buttermilk pancakes were a bit chewy and the over medium eggs were rubbery. Where it fell apart for me was when I got 2/3 done with my coffee and I noticed a heavy buildup of scale. Took a minute for me to notice because the cups are black, but it was super gross. Loved the atmosphere, very clean (that includes the bathrooms 😆), our waitress was very kind and patient with us because we took a while to order. I would so have my birthday party here if they would allow it! The pancakes look AMAZING!

We were fortunate to have randomly chosen this place for breakfast. I don't think it could of been any better elsewhere. The Bloody Mary was fancy and delicious. All our food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Try the loaded hash browns. They have a huge menu. Next time I'll try the waffle flight! The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. Anytime we're in this area again, we will be back to try more of there menu items.

They serve a great deal of food for a reasonable price. Pretty expansive menu as well. Waitress was very nice and was asking us if we were good fairly rapidly at the start of the meal but we didn't see her for awhile before the check. Overall positive experience.
