If you’re in Johnson City, don’t miss this hidden gem of a coffee shop and beignet spot. The atmosphere is warm and inviting—perfect for slowing down and enjoying every bite. We split the Monte Cristo and Garlic BLT (best bacon ever, and they don't skimp)… oh mama, both were incredible. And the lattes? Smooth, rich, and absolutely worth the hype. Everything tasted fresh, and the service was just as wonderful. The kind of place you want to keep secret… but can’t. New favorite, hands down.

Super friendly staff. Beignet was amazing, they didn’t skimp on the powdered sugar! They make their beignets fresh and overheard that their last batch didn’t come out as well as they wanted and remade them to perfection before serving! Super cute area to study by the window with outlets! As for the lattes, they homemade their syrups which I love. I am particular about the color of my lattes- it’s not overly milky like 7Brew lol it is a nice honey color (the color a latte should be).
