Another Gen-Z run Wingstop establishment. 9 workers that I count currently at 11:21pm on a Thursday night. I drove 15min to get here & been waiting an additional 15min+ for 2 simple 1 order items. I officially hate every Wingstop that just popped up here in the New England area lol & this is from a Food service pickup POV, I will probably never try this place unless someone gave it to me for free lol.

First visit: The place has no personality. It's feels like eating in a hospital cafeteria however, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The place is clean. The food is really good. Whoever the owner is should be proud of their staff. They are really great.

I ordered online on a Tuesday night. It said the wait was 63 minutes. When I arrived it was busy. After I saw someone get their order that had placed it after mine (we had conversed while waiting), I inquired about what was going on with my order. I was told it had gotten skipped, but that they were making it right away. Desi, who was working in the back was very friendly, and apologetic. And the young kid (I think his name is as Scott) who was handing out peoples orders was also very kind, and was trying to be funny and make light of the chaotic situation.
