The food is great and people are nice/helpful. But they’re always SO understaffed. There’s always a very long wait whether you’re in the drive thru or inside. The drive thru should not take 20 mins and it’s like that every single time. I truly feel bad for the employees because they’re running as fast as they can and doing their best, but the issue is understaffing the establishment. I understand the occasional day where you’ve had people not show up or you’re down a few employees, but it’s every. single. time. It’s consistently an issue. I love the food and the people here. For $10 you can get a really good size and packed sandwich with a sourdough bun, thank you to Julia for being able to great trainer to the new staff and a wonderful employee. She’s very warm, welcoming and professional. Thank you will be coming back in the future.

We are traveling through Jonesboro, and upon entering every employee is happy and very engaging! Our food was brought to us and had them check on us! Charity even stopped by and asked if we needed some boxes. Customer service is not dead, moreover they should use this location to train it!
