We really enjoy cinnamon crunch bagels. We came to the Joplin location for a bagel for breakfast. My husband ia handicapped, so we parked right by the doors. They were locked! We wondered why they weren't open at 9:30am, and saw people inside. I walked around the side of the building, and it was the only door unlocked! We let the counter person know, akd she yelled it back to another person. Wjen We left, it was still locked. If they are going to keep front doors unlocked, and force people to the side doors, please move the handicapped parking. Now, my other complaint is their rewards

I went in for soup after having an endoscopy today, if you've ever had one your throat is sore afterwards. I used the keyosk and it did not have soup on the menu. I ordered Mac and cheese. I asked a gentleman I believe his name was Kase when they served soup. He said the keyosk wouldn't show it until around 10:30am but they had soup ready. He not only changed my order, but up sized it due to the price diffrence. He was such a kind person and had great customer service. It was a pleasant expiernce overall with great soup, and clean atmosphere.

I miss the old Panera - it was comfortable and inviting. This place is not. Reminds me of the food court at the mall. Rarely a clean table. It sends the message that they would rather you not stay and eat there. Food mediocre.

I haven't been to Panera for years. I wanted soup and sandwhich and my friend the same. We did the 2 for 2, 1/2 sandwhich, soup. He ordered a bowl of Broccoli and cheese and a sandwhich, I had creamy wild rice soup and bacon turkey sandwhich. He ended up with 1/2 a bowl of soup and a salad, my cup and it was 1/2 a bowl of soup. My sandwhich was very good, soup could have been hotter tho. He ate the salad but it wasn't what he wanted. We shared a drink. It was $35
