Great little coffee shop, with knowledgeable and experienced barristas. Heritage offers a wide variety of snacks and coffee options, latte, capuciono, Americano, regular coffee etc. Seating was plentiful with comfortable chairs and sofa in the raised seating area. Solid wifi connection and large windows to enjoy the view of town while sipping your latte.

Place was really cozy to come into after a long walk in the rain. My only complaint was the wait time. We waited roughly 20-30 minutes to order and another 5-10 for our drinks. It seemed like they were very short staffed. Overall really good food and drinks. I just wish it didn’t take as long as it did

A lot bigger once you get inside. The menu is behind the cashier. You can see it and it's pretty big. I was able to ask questions about the menu. The customer service was wonderful. I had questions about the local area and I was giving proper answers. The tables and chairs where all clean. All the employees got a long. The bathroom 🚻 were clean. Overall the experience here was amazing. Perhaps the view from the windows look good with the winter.

It became one of my spots whenever I visited Juneau. Good Internet and coffee. It is a kind of local Starbucks. The muffins are amazing. The prices not different from the rest of downtown area cafés. There is a small area dedicated to souvenirs. It can be very busy during the high season.
