Going here in the morning during the week, expect to be in the drive thru for about 30 minutes or longer. Line moves slow either due to volume or people who don't know how to order. Lots of homeless folks hang there and beg for money.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while employees walked by and never acknowledged me. Finally an employee comes to take my order and by her tone was not thrilled to be working. I ordered 2 Peppermint Mocha Coffees hot BUT they hand me 2 ICED peppermint mochas. I let them know it was wrong and they remade the drinks luckily. Other customers came back in with order errors. Someone needs to work with the employees on customer service as no one should have to stand there with no acknowledgment. I’ll go to another location even though further away.

I typically go to this location for convenience but I think this was the last straw as far as inconsistency goes and terrible service. I know dunkin is famous for never knowing how you're going to get your drink but this location goes as far as to give you an entirely different drink and then give you attitude when you question what it is they give you. I dont know if it's a lack of training or what but today I went got a very simple drink and it was only about 2/3 full. There was no wait time, I got the drink, drove the 2 min to work and this is what I see.... the one at the Speedway is bette

Long wait times, high chance of being robbed. If not by Dunkin itself, the patrons loitering outside.
