Filthy. So dirty. Every single table was dirty. They also gave my son two fries instead of the apple sauce we ordered. We let them know and the manager came over stuck his hand in our bag took the extra fry and threw it away. This was after they told us they were out of apple sauce but we saw one on the counter. Another employee came back picking her teeth and pressing buttons on the machine. The service was extremely slow too.

So I asked for a large meal for a burger and they tell me it’s no longer being made but yet it’s on the menu. Then i ask for a signature lemonade which has the options for Small Medium AND LARGE and they tell me they can only do a medium, interesting because I asked for a large lemonade. Like what? And then I get my meal and it’s a small fry small drink and the burger just don’t even look right its absolutely horrible this place do not recommend go to the one on 5600 if you want good BK.

Our fries were cold, we asked for one burger with no mustard or pickles that had mustard and pickles. None of our burgers had onion rings or onions that were suppose to have on them. Our rodeo burgers and steakhouse burgers were a huge disappointment as u can see in the photos. Normally I don't post bad reviews and understand that mistakes happen, but this location I have had these types of issues many times. Who is training these people? What are the standards you should hold your stores accountable to represent your business? Is this false advertisement?

Placed an order through the app because it was getting late and I wanted to get it quick. Wish I would have known they would immediately prepare my food and then make me wait in the drive through for 15 minutes while my food got cold and shakes melted. Every bit of my Mando Family meal that cost $38 was garbage and to make up for it all they offered me was a $5 coupon so I would by more bad food. Complete insult. Burger King has gone downhill tremendously but with this kind of service I hope they go out of business completely
