Was at this location last night. So while the staff were very polite and pleasant, I still got a double quarter pounder that was raw in the middle. Normally I would throw it out and move on but I spent a good chunk of the morning throwing up and feel obligated to warn others who may not want to share my experience

This is how they cook their QPC. Lots of pink in there. Pretty sure it should be cooked to well done. Better check on that McDonalds, not the first time.

More than a few times in the last few months i have waited over 20 mins held hostage in the drive through because they gave my online order to someone else. The same situation each time. How can a franchise location be so incompetent? Who runs this place. I ordered online at 4:06pm they gave my order away and had me holding everyone up for 30+ minutes before they moved me aside and served everyone quickly while I have to wait. My order is small lol It’s now 4:46 still waiting for my order.

I was in the drive through on March 21 at 930. For whatever reason the menu had frozen on the order before me. I tried to explain the problem to the woman taking orders. She couldn't fix it and got a manager on the speaker. The only thing the manager could suggest was to pull forward and try again. I was not.going to wait for the 10 cars behind me to go through. The managers dismissive attitude was not the level of.customer service McDonald's advertises.
