First I want to say this. I ordered a large fries, received a small. I ordered a large drink, received a small. My taco was just tossed in the bag and wasn't wrapped. Fries were stale and cold. The girl at the window was just leaning against the window chilling on her phone without a care in the world when I was trying to get her attention... HORRIBLE experience. I used to love this taco bell, it was my favorite. Now i will never come back to this location.

This is the only Taco Bell I’ve been to that consistently gets my typically very complicated order correct (and 9 times out of 10 it’s fresh). The staff are always nice and accommodating. Today Lindsay and the morning crew helped me out when my app malfunctioned and placed an incorrect order. There was no irritation and they fixed up my order no problem. Thanks for being the best Taco Bell I’ve been to!

By Far is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited . I have been to this location more than once and I’m not a frequent visitor but every time I come, the service is terrible as well as the food. I have always had to walk back in and ask for them to make my food fresh. I understand this may not be one of the busiest locations so pre-making between orders probably is not the best plan of action. I received the oldest and coldest Fries today, the last time I visited my kids burritos that had rice were hard before tht the tortillas you can tell it were old probably aired out too long. Came to pick up a mobile order that I placed through the app and the woman on the intercom didn't even do the bare minimum in service. I pull to the speaker and tell them that im picking up a mobile order and I guess she didn't hear me at first and so she asks for my name again which I give her. Then crickets. She didn't acknowledge me after. Didn't tell me to pull forward to the window and when my food is handed to me all I got was a mumbled "hear you go" before the window slams before I can even ask for some fire sauce. Do better taco bell.
