Terrible experience. Took my order at speaker. I drove up and had to repeat it. They gave me only one bag. I had to remind them to give me my card and still waiting on another bag. When I got home, I noticed they gave me the wrong sides. I asked for mashed potatoes instead I got fries that taste like they have been out all day. The Chicken is so small and dry. When I looked for my receipt, I realized they never gave me one. Will not be back.

Ordered extra crispy and I’m not sure what I got but it definitely isn’t like any kfc chicken I’ve ever had. The skin was fried but not extra crispy and it was soggy and super greasy. It didn’t taste like kfc either. The biscuits were hard and looked like muffin tops….. the food Was just nasty, I wish I could’ve turned back the clock and chosen to go else where.

Don’t waste your time at this location. Has always been bad and still is. Went last night around 9PM, made a mobile order. Order took forever to be completed- restaurant was basically empty. When we did get our food they forgot to give the drink, so we went back In for that. Then we checked the bags of food that they tie up so ridiculously tight that you can barely even open the bag. The food was prepared badly, the fries were so cold, stale and tough. The chicken looked dry and unappetizing and everything was thrown together crappy and looked completely disappointing. I would leave 0 stars, but there’s no option. I ordered chicken, and it came petrified and stale, like it’s been under the heat lamp for the last five hours, so chewy that my dog wouldn’t even eat it
