There is an employee by the name starts with J that is the absolute sweetest and most helpful! So huge shout out to her for all her help. Staff here is always so sweet I would like to ask for us to be able to keep the plastic on the lemon loaf though haha. Apparently new rules say they can’t but some like to eat them later and they dry out too fast so please bring that back :) And please make note of what a great employee she is. Thank you! This Starbucks is right down the road from our house, so we often walk our sweet Cooper here. Chad gets his Americano, sometimes I'll have their delightful egg bites or the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich and Cooper enjoys a pup cup. They are always friendly, speedy and accurate.

If that amount of ice was light ice, you’d get no drink if you didn’t say light on the ice. The taste seemed different too…maybe because there wasn’t much chai in there?
