I ordered a hot Chai latte through the app and it was ready when I arrived. Since the Chai latte comes out lacking flavor, I asked the server to make it stronger and she kindly obliged. It turned out a lot better. I really appreciate their customer service.

I ordered the loaded Chipotle hash browns. The picture on the website shows the cup full to the top. What i got was pathetic, it was only half full. (Dunkin Donuts should save themselves some money and just put it in a smaller cup!) The picture is very misleading as to what you really get. When I received the hashbrowns I asked the lady if she could fill it more but she said thats all you get. I've gone to other Dunkin Donuts and they do fill the cup.. this Dunkin Donuts is robbing you!

So far my favorite Dunkin' pick up point. Well located, with easy access, even better after the light they recently placed on the entrance of the shopping. Parking is always available, plenty of spot. This location is always busy, however the staff is very efficient and professional. The order is served properly. I really love the delicious French Vanilla Latte, hot, always large 🤣. I had a great experience overall.

Horrible service, they gave away the drink I ordered, gave me a half cold half burned ham egg and cheese croissant, and then when they when I asked them where my drink went, they said they gave it to someone else. They proceeded to make me another drink, but it was wrong, I asked them about it and they rolled their eyes, walked away and said "Dios Mios"(Oh My God). I then said don't worry about it, and threw the drink in the trash and walked out. I'd rather throw it away then give them another chance to correct their mistake.
