This place is just doing speculator in comparison to the Panda Express on Court street. There was a little bit of a wait on the super greens but that just means I’m going to enjoy them while they are fresh and steaming hot! The person at the front that filled my plate to brim of chicken was called “May” and she definitely knows how to handle that butcher knife, and spatula. She smiled her through through that 16 Oz piece of teriyaki chicken without a struggle. It was 11:45am and they were super busy, yet the manager, and Jose and Alo were friendly, helpful, and very quick. I was surprised at how fast I was able to get my food and checkout. Faster than fast-food. The manager was on point, helping all of his staff, keeping an eye out everywhere, and even engaging with customers while rolling up his sleeves. I didn't catch his name, but kudo's to you and your staff.

waited in the drive thru for 22 minutes to pick up a pickup order because the front doors were locked so I couldn’t go inside, got my food and it’s cold(plus they had me in line till they closed so it’s not like I couldn’t go back). on top of that, when we got to the window, they didn’t even have it anywhere it could’ve been kept warm, just chillin by the sink. you’d think that if you were gonna make people wait that long for their food, you’d at least keep it warm.

A staff member was about to go to lunch, had her plate prepped, and then when she saw there were people waiting for mobile orders she put her lunch aside and attended to the customers before going on her lunch. I wouldn't have blamed her at all for just going on her lunch but I appreciate that she took a moment to make sure customers got their food.
