Went on a Saturday and it’s a very nice space to hangout with friends or come solo and do some work. The nutella latte I got was so good! My partner didn’t enjoy his smoothie and a barista kindly remade him a different drink. Very kind and friendly service!

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop, and it’s incredibly disappointing because I used to come here regularly. I asked a few basic questions about the menu normal questions that any customer might have and the employee helping me (a blonde woman with curly hair and glasses) immediately responded with a noticeably abrasive and dismissive attitude. I moved here in 2022. The Buzz was one of my favorite places to come to. Unfortunately I can no longer support this business, or any of the Grease and Honey restaurants after my boss informed me of the Mercier situation.. reading the Medium article deeply disturbed me. I hope they learned from that, but I cannot in good faith continue giving them money.

Another fine hole-in-the-wall in K-town that my wife & I recently tried for the first time and we were very pleased with this place. A different approach then your typical café and The Buzz Café is quite unique actually. They pretty much have a drink to suit every different mood and we love the cozy somewhat eclectic atmosphere. Venue is clean, staff provided exceptional service and the menu has some great choices including healthy options. Good coffee/ tea menu but the beer and especially wine list reigns supreme.
