Small, crowded, long wait to be seated. Waiter skipped our party, then seated us in a small table and never brought coffee to table. Food was warm, needs improving customer services.

Burger came out very soggy while also being very dry. Felt like biting into a sponge with no flavor. It wasn’t even warm and the cheese was not melted onto it. Water was never refilled throughout the duration of being there. Very cramped spot and noisy. Mentioned it to the server and nothing was done.
