The Best Restaurant in Washington. This restaurant is so beautiful. I love the atmosphere, the Nepali music, the feeling of being transported somewhere far away. I have always wanted to go to Everest, and that is honestly how I feel when I sit in this restaurant. Chef Kamal is so kind. He treats you like family, and you can feel the care in everything he does. I don’t say this lightly. His food is exceptional. We were a party of 3 and ordered the mango curry with veggies, garlic naan and tandoori roti. The naan and roti were so good! And the curry, smashed it out of the park!! We are from Seattle but definitely coming back for more. FYI, for 3 people we had to order 2 portions of the mango curry. Info for anyone wondering about portion size. Also, shout-out to our server. I took one of my work friends to this restaurant and we had a great experience from start to finish. We explained how we wanted our food prepared, and they were very accommodating to our preferences. The ambiance was wonderful, and we truly appreciated how attentive the server was—checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and ensuring we were enjoying our meal. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience. We will definitely go back!
