Hadn't had El Pollo Loco in almost 3 years (The LBC). Dining area clean. Staff friendly. Just a little disappointed that the chicken seemed smaller than I'm used to at other locations in SoCal and Vegas as well as the taste. Other than that, it's alright. Still way better than KFC.

I know this is one of our first El Pollo Loco locations in Washington so I was really excited to try them out as it is close to my job and my mom has nothing but good things to say to this place. She is also excited as she was telling me she used to go there often when she lived at California. My boyfriend and I decided to get it a try after my shift as we were pretty hungry. Definitely worth the wait, try to go as early in the day as possible so you are guaranteed hot & delicious food. Came on a Tuesday morning after 11am and got the food within 45 minutes. Still long, but not bad. Can’t wait for our next visit!
