this is the worst mod. pizza came out undercooked twice!! the dough was old and wrinkly. my husband asked for alfredo and tomato sauce, which they spread with the tomato sauce ladel and put back in the tomato sauce! I would not trust this place to not cross-contaminate everything. they also wouldnt stop cursing and distracting each othet while we wete ordering. sun dried tomatoes? regular tomatoes. broccoli? out of broccoli + complaints about other coworkers.

All but one visit has been worthy of 5 stars. The one that wasn't, was a rushed ordered 3 minutes before they closed. So I won't hold that against them. And the woman that is almost always there when I am has always been attentive to my allergy and polite.

Update : they have great service in person but do not order delivery, they forgot my no name cake and did not make my order right at all it was only cut into 4 slices and they forgot my hot honey but drowned my pizza in dollops. I will keep my rating the same because I called delivery support and got my order refunded in less than 60 seconds and he was very friendly but still something to keep in mind . Had the most weirdest interaction here the whole time. I ordered online and it seemed to duplicate twice, figured the website was down and experiencing an error.. I acknowledge that to the staff and due to them not seeing my order at all. They told me to contact MOD support due to them not being able to do anything, I understood. I then asked to place an order with them inside since it wasn’t popping up, The lady then up charges me on my order. Unable to reach the manager James due to him being in a meeting and the staff was confused on how to proceed with the refund. The team would have benef
