I’ve only ever ordered the mocha mocha frozen (since 2005). There is truly an art to making their drinks. Most locations are good most of the time and hit the high marks from time to time. This place sets the bar and rarely misses the high marks of this drink. There is a process and this location follows the process. End result, great drinks. Great job to the management staff and my hat off to all the young people you have working for that care enough to be great at what they’re doing.

Walking through the door I smelled a most unwelcoming aroma. This absolutely hindered the atmosphere at this location. While the young lady who took my order was very courteous and friendly the young lady who offered me my drink was not. What's more, the music overhead was just a little too loud for my liking. However, my drink tasted good enough to make it worth the money if even not worth the trip.

The gal that works your drive through on Friday mornings at 7:00 AM is a joy, and a breath of fresh air. She's the entire reason I go to your location vs. the one in Wyoming. Service is everything honestly.

I ordered thru the app, and I clicked the type of syrup I wanted and was confused why my drink was wrong. The girl helping me argued with me and told me I had to put no coconut and when I showed her in the ordering app that it wasn’t an option and I didn’t understand what I did wrong because I didn’t select the coconut syrup, instead of caring and showing me how to do it correctly she said it’s fine and kept doing her job ignoring me. After remaking my drink it still tasted off.
