Chick-fil-A consistently provides great food and friendly service. The staff is polite, efficient, and clearly focused on delivering a positive customer experience. Orders are usually accurate, and the food is fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is clean and well-organized, and service moves quickly even during busy times. While it can get crowded, the team does a good job keeping things moving. Overall, Chick-fil-A is a reliable choice for quality food and excellent customer service, and it’s a place I’m happy to return to.

Placed a mobile order this morning with plenty of time before, mobile line was very backed up, waited about 25 mins before I was able to scan and by the time I could scan my order it was 10:33am and past time and my order had been cancelled. Proceeded to the front and was very polite, was offered to place a lunch order, so I did so but was rushed through it, Meanwhile the cars behind me were being prioritized and offered breakfast that was left over. Great food and excellent service!!! Becca was our cashier and she was SO kind, smiling the entire time, and knowledgeable about what the pro-tips are for add-ons to enhance our food (jelly on the breakfast biscuit sandwich, honey onto chicken minis). Food was out fast and service was excellent. The interior was clean and it was beautiful to see the vases of flowers on each table (shout out to Maggie’s Flowers out of Door). I’m so glad we decided to come inside to enjoy our food instead of going through the drive through!

Normally I’d rate this place 5 stars as the workers are always very kind. However, we always bring my dog with us through the drive through and she gets so excited because she knows she gets a pup cup. Recently, when I asked for one, I was told the new management does not allow pup cups anymore. To me that is total BS, is a small cup of whip cream really that expensive that you can’t do it anymore? At least allow me the option to pay for it and I would. I’m disappointed in this new management for taking away such a small thing, I mean how heartless do you have to be?
