Jennifer Minge★Decided to get some desert last night. Employee felt it was more important to clean and do other tasks than acknowledge a customer at the front window. Went from wiping the counters down with no gloves to str8 over to the ice cream and shakes to make the deserts. Never greeted us. Took payment. Never said thank u. Worst customer service for highly priced less than average product. Won't be returning
Hudson Dianna★4/21/26, after consulting the website, I made the 30 minute drive to Ritters to secure a scoop of their sugar free vanilla custard. The young lady at the window advised that they don’t have sugar free available. OK. She turns to her co- worker and asks if they have anything sugar free, in which the co-worker rudely laughs and replies “water”. I found this extremely rude and disrespectful and expressed that I only asked because online it said they had a sugar free option. I took my purchase (Yes i still spent money there because of the long hot drive in rush hour traffic), and turned away, N
