I’ve been ordering since 2021 and absolutely love the lamb gyro rice plate! The workers have always been kind and generous with service. I tried similar restaurants in San Antonio and nobody does it like kebabistan. The tzatziki sauce is the best, so always get extra!

Last stop on our Taste of Killeen tour. My selection: the gyro with a Mediterranean salad on the side because the Lamb Gyro plate, that my co-worker ordered looked like a lot, and we still had to go back to work! The lamb was tender and flavorful and the serving size was plentiful. We're were looking for a place that served Mediterranean food/ gyros and stumbled upon this... great find. It's on the list for the next time.

Total cost: $16.23 I ordered the Veggie Plate. i was told they were having a special where I could pair the meal with fries and a drink, so I did just that. The sauce was really tasty, and the falafel had crispy exterior while being very fluffy on the inside. The basmati rice had a nice flavor of cumin and turmeric. The mediterranean salad tasted fresh and crisp, while the fries were well salted. I really enjoyed my meal and would recommend this establishment to others.

I'll kick off with my lowest rating. So...you guys, let's be honest... this eatery is serving its purpose...and that's all. I initially missed it because the signage doesn't really stand out. It sits on a small corner of a strip next to another small restaurant. I parked behind the building just to be safe (😂 I know right! Trust me, I did it for my car). Going in, you are immediately in the restaurant. I think the lobby holds about six 4-seater tables. Order at the counter, canned sodas and Togo boxes.
