I totally understand why this store has such a low rating. I had never ordered from this location before. I went to pick up my order and see a long line of over 15 people. I see about 50-75 pizzas in the warmers. I see one lone cashier, taking 10 minutes to help even one customer. Someone would say they were there to pick up for someone and she would dissappear to the back, be looking through pizzas and then not come back with any for any customers. I could see at least 5 other employees, a half full oven, and it was like the place moved in slow motion. One employee even stood on her cell phon

Wow, I just picked up pizza from both Little Caesars and Papa John’s. Little Caesars. Has a lot more cheese on it then Papa John’s and I got twice The pizza. Good job Little Caesars. It was amazing.

The service there is really crappy. No sense of being a fast service. I was there for 25 minutes before anybody says, would you like to place an order?.. And every time I get my pizza, my pizza is never sliced correctly, I always have to struggle or take your home and slice it or just throw it away because it’s just crappy Pizza with crappy service. I usually just go to McDonald’s now. I don’t see how this is the official sponsor of NFL. Bad service, terrible performance of food, Terrible customer service, This place is needs new Management or replacement of all employees there. I just don’t

If you aren’t door dash or ordering online I would stay away from this location. I ordered one pie and some bread sticks and had to wait an hour for it. When I did finally get my food it must have been ready for a while ,because all of it was completely cold.
