I love the original Safeway in Kingman. It offers the great selection that we all love with Safeways but with a small town local grocery feel. They retain a lot of their staff and they remember you and your family. I typically and in there during the late afternoon or evening and I love the closers of the store from the managers to Miss Veronica at self checkout. She is a gym and always has a smile on her pretty face and does not know a stranger. The store has great selection for its size with all the brands that we love, great produce,deli,bakery, and flower departments as well. They're meat

Outstanding Deli Service at Safeway Kingman! I want to give a huge shoutout to Joe Fletcher in the Deli Department! From the moment I walked up, Joe greeted me with a big smile and was incredibly helpful. I wasn’t sure what to get and Joe took the time to make great recommendations, and everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. What really stood out was how friendly, patient, and genuinely caring Joe was — it made my shopping trip so much better. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom’s house for Mother’s Day. I got the confirmation text and text that they had been delivered successfully, just to get a text from my mom saying all she got was a piece of paper with the delivery label on it and NO flowers. So I paid $60 for a piece of paper! I called and sat on hold for over an hour just for them to tell me they can’t help and I need to make a claim online. So I did that and then was denied my refund with no explanation. Had to repurchase flowers from smiths instead. Thank you for STEALING my money!!
