It's the second time I've been here. Chicken never ready. Both times the Manager, I believe his name is Ricky. Always chewing, but no chicken ready. Rodney , I believe is his name is Not the problem. Great service.. The manager is the problem. 2 nd visit. I paid for my food yet waited for him to help someone else that hadn't even paid yet. I am thankful the 2 buckets he served before me, that they didn't run out of chicken.👎

I went to get a sandwich for dinner on my points off the app, I go to KFC pretty frequently although I've only been to this one a few times, the store was a bit busy and the manager was complaining about a crew member being off the line frequently. This same member went and made my sandwich which I took home and opened , to my surprise that sandwich was hard as a brick; the bread and chicken was almost petrified . I asked the guy what comes on the 2 for 5 classic wrap. He said cheese lettuce pickles. When i opened my wrap its chicken mayo and pickles where is the rest of the stuff? The cashier was amazing and the guy bagging was funny i enjoyed his humor. But my wrap. Was not what i asked for.

If you have a take-out order, check the bag you receive. There used to be a great team here, the new ones are incompetent, especially the guy at the counter. Keeps issuing loud orders to others and confuse them too. Let the ladies do their job man! I waited 35 minutes for the order I put online before getting there. Pathetic.
