Horrible. I accidentally made an order, I put it to delivery, and it switched back to pick up without me knowing. So after I placed the order, I realized it was incorrect. I called and asked if they could cancel my order since it doesn’t let me on the app. These people gave me such a hard time about it. Even if they’re still receiving my order, all they kept saying is to call customer service. There is no number for customer service, mind you. So 20$ down to the dumps. I placed a new order, this time on DoorDash instead of the the app, they already know what my name is because I told them when

Was at the drive thru window waiting for my order and literally watched a girl pick a bucket up off the nasty floor, set it ON the counter to scoop some cookie crumbs into a smaller container, then another girl with rainbow hair came over to the same counter in the exact same spot where the bottom of the bucket was sitting to cut a banana up for someone’s order. Dairy Queen management needs to check their cameras. Happened on 3/21/26 around 8:45 - 9 pm. If they don’t care about cleanliness, then I don’t care about their jobs.

Horrible service, no sense of urgency, their boss was there while all this was happening and she wasn't wearing a ball cap but was in the back area, there was a 5yr old child also there with a lady in pajamas who were also close to the back area. The employees obviously have no respect for their boss or she doesn't care to allow this to happen. They had us park in the front and never brought us out our meals. 4 cars went by and left before I got down to get it myself and they had it sitting behind the counter and when they saw me they quickly grabbed it like they were going to walk it out to m
